Hi Seniors and Parents! Exciting things are coming up right around the corner for us. PLEASE take a few minutes to look at these and respond.

SENIOR TRIP - Wrightsville Beach !

Mon June 10 - Thurs June 14

Our graduation trip has been a highlight of many classes over the years. It's an incredible opportunity to get away together, spend some time in God's good creation and support each other in our upcoming transitions into the post high-school world.

This year we're going to Wrightsville Beach! Cost is $275 (we can get it a bit lower the more people who register!) which will include transportation there, meals, an amazing house a short walk from the beach and devotional material. There will be opportunity to kayak, paddle board, relax, eat out somewhere fun and have meaningful conversations!

GRADUATION SUNDAY

SUNDAY JUNE 2

We will recognize our graduating seniors in BOTH services (students decide which one they would like to be honored in), then we'll follow it up with a nice lunch together at the church. Recognition will include information listed in bulletin, slideshow mix of childhood pictures and youth ministry group shots, and a special time of prayer/"send-off" for those in attendance. Recent activity in the youth ministry is NOT a requirement for recognition, we are excited to celebrate anyone who considers ORMC or youth group home!

Notes:

We NEED participation in planning, music, speaking for this. For those not comfortable sharing in person, a brief personal recording of what ORUMC has meant to them is always welcome!

We really want to make this a service that both honors the Seniors and one that the Seniors/Families have ownership of to help the church witness the incredible growth this class has undertaken!

We NEED information! To be featured in the Graduation Sunday program, newsletter or NW Observer, we'll need name, parents' names, school graduating from and any details on their fall plans that you would like to share. Also a headshot/senior pic that we can feature! We would like all of this by May 19 at the latest.

We NEED pictures! To be recognized in the Graduation Sunday Video/Slideshow, please select around pictures from baby to present to be featured in the slideshow we'll put together.
